Meridien Marinas has released a further 57 wet berths at Horizon Shores, its emerging $500 million marina-resort project near Jacobs Well.

The offering is the latest instalment of what will eventually be a 1350-berth marina.

Release of the berths, stage one of the East Haven marina precinct, follows the sellout of the 132 North Haven berths.

Meridien chief executive Warwick Bible said marinas were liquid gold for developers, boaties and investors.

He said Meridien had experienced annual capital gain of 45 per cent on Horizon Shores berths in the past few years.
