Meridien marinas is poised to construct a harbourfront commercial precinct at its $500 million Horizon Shores facility near Jacobs Well.

Work will begin next month on the first stage of the precinct - a 1670sqm building that will comprise shops and offices.

The entire precinct will have 16,000sqm of space with shops, showrooms, offices and dining and entertainment outlets.
