Wave of Demand from boaties for new berths

Work starts this month on a retail and commercial precinct at the $500 million Meridien Marinas Horizon Shores development at Jacobs Well.

However, the space is already amost fully leased, including a restaurant and a chandlery showroom, said Meridien Marinas chief executive, Warwick Bible.

Meridien Marinas Horizon Shores is destined to become one of Australia's largest marinas, said Mr Bible.
